It so hard to believe that it’s almost our time; it’s almost time for all the seniors to graduate. Im 14 weeks away from graduating. I am getting stressful every day. The graduation is right around the corner and i'm feeling kinda nervous. The reason why i'm nervous is because I have work that is behind and also I want to make sure everything is how it's planed. All the pressure is on my shoulders I have to push myself to the limit. The time has come for me to start stepping my game up and finish this year.
Some of the preparation for my post-graduate is Attending Porterville College or College Of Sequoias to with study Law enforcement or just attend to a California Highway Patrol academy. What I still have to complete is my job shadow and my community hours. I have realized that this is not acceptable for me, I believed that I could of done better in completing all the work faster. Also I have to start working on my powerpoint for my exit interview to present it to my candidates. My exit interview is going to be in April 6, I'm going to be a little shy but i'm going to practice a lot to make sure I get a 4 or 3.5 as my grade.
What I am looking most forward to is to walk. The reason why I want to walk is to make my family happy and proud. Another reason why is because it’s a once in a lifetime experience. I'm looking forward in going to grad night. Every year the seniors go to disneyland to have fun with their class. The reason why I would love to go is because I never went to disney as a little boy, and I want to see how it looks in person with my friends as a family. I’m looking forward to just be able to say I finally graduated. It must feel so good to be able to say “I’m a high school graduate.” After graduation i'm looking forward in getting a job to have my own money earned.
What i'm most grateful about is the teachers they are the ones who help you accomplish your courses. This year has been by far the most memorable year of my life. From my senior year I will keep my mind full of memories. During my senior I have met some of the best people I have ever met in my life. This year I met a lot of new people I honestly thought I would never talk to in my life. I’m really grateful to some of those people because they supported when I felt like giving up. My close friends would motivate me by saying “Omar you're really smart” or saying “ Your going to graduate this year”.
Looking back at the Lindsay High School is I learned how to make education decisions and move forward after finishing with an a assignment. Being in High School was really fun and stressful. Something that really help here is growing up and become mature because as you're growing up we are becoming adults.
